Six room types across two towers. What changes between them is how much floor you get, the size of the bed, what the window faces, and whether there is a toilet and basin inside the room. What does not change: all of them are furnished, all of them are private, all of them have a window, and all of them are all-inclusive.

Weekly rates include hydro, heat, air conditioning, water, in-unit internet, furniture, amenity access and laundry access. On top of rent: a $200 processing fee, a $150 key deposit, and first month's rent at signing. Last month's rent is collected only from residents approved on income rather than a guarantor. If you have a guarantor we do not ask for it. Where it is collected it is the rent deposit, and it pays for the final month of the term.
